I think it just helps line up your lower jaw properly. Like I’m 17 and I’ve had a minor overbite for my entire life. With proper tongue posture, my teeth now sit on top of each other, where as before my lower teeth sat behind my upper teeth. I look like less of a Bob’s burger character now but my bone shape is still the same.

Now to put this all into context, this is how yesterday went. I went to wholefoods the day before and it's full of overpriced food. I saw this pack of sliced cucumber and celery which looked so fucking simple for £4.99 (around €5.99 Euros) so I decided to make it at home for the next day.

>has Half of a banana
>looks up calories online
>53 calories gone
>drinks water throughout the day
>5:30pm
>goes in cupboard and finds tasty organic almond butter (meridian) which mum has hidden from me
>has a teaspoon
>looks at jar for 10 minutes
>has 5 more teaspoons
>looks up calories online
>realises that I've consumed around 400 calories (including the banana)
>...
>thinks to myself: oh well, my goal for today is now 500 calories
>has water for rest of day
>11:00 at night
>watches Hell's Kitchen (a cooking show)
>sees Gordon ramsay's risotto and craves
>12:00
>goes into kitchen and makes ready meal of Mac n cheese which is 650 cal

i don't think there's a whole lot we can do, but i like this idea and will go with it for now.

we need more mod action but interfering in board culture isn't something mods ever do, probably for the best but w/e. i would like to see /fa/ feels threads banned, any post with the word "normie" in it, anime fashion threads and the like, just these stupid, pointless nerd threads that ultimately ruin any class or style this board manages to accumulate, including "is X /fa/" threads (like who really needs to know if petting a dog while smoking makes rick owens think you are cool")

i like the way generals are currently used but the problem with generals is that they develop in an extremely specific way. if there was streetwear general here every day, in a few months they'd have extreme favoured and hated brands, a couple of celebs they all decided to like etc, and it's just not conducive to a coherent functioning board. an example is the high fashion threads where rick, raf and yohji are gods and everyone else is hitler.

fundamentally, it;s a problem with the user base. people need to do their own thing more and care less about what /fa/ thinks of them. that being said, using /fa/ for anything but w2c and inspo is completely stupid anyway.
