Im not going to tell you what I do, but I will tell you, its still possible to earn good money on eBay, Amazon, Craigslist, Facebook marketplace etc. There is nothing special about the item I sell, its small which means postage is cheap, thats one major reason I chose it, its always needed, I buy it for pennies on the dollar, I buy it in bulk from China, repackage it into singles, sell it on eBay for a 900% increase.
