Posted a week or two ago about getting some broken snap rings out, finally found the time to fuck with it again. One side popped right out with a pick, other side refuses to come out at best it just spins in the groove. Any ideas?

i'd probably try to use a little dremel cut off wheel to delete as much of the broken ring as possible. if you're lucky you'll grind it thin enough it to be able to bend it and dig it out

If it spins then one pick can normally hold it in position then pry one end inwards with another and insert a third to capture progress until one end is free enough to pry inwards and bend with a screwdriver.

Use a blade to get between the ring and the wall. Pry it out enough that you can grab the end with needlenose pliers

I find a small tweaker screwdriver works better for capturing your progress but if your picks aren't made of chineesium then they should work fine.
