You can wear a blazer over most everything, but perhaps the simplest way to do it is with either a navy or brown/tan blazer with a block color t-shirt or a tucked-in button-up with a pair of light wash blue or indigo jeans. Or you could do black blazer over white shirt with slim-cut black jeans and chelsea boots or a simple sneaker (like GATs) for that effortless rockstart look.

When? I'm not sure, but keep a look out: I don't really like sites like Hypebeast and High Snobiety, but they might be useful.
I'm not sure about other sites selling them, but search around. That being said, Tres Bien is a fantastic store with great online interface and I've had a great experience buying with them in the past.
