It's less that zoomers like it and more so that the artists all copied from the same places. I don't know how old Hokazono is but Gege and Fuji are just just getting into their thirties meaning meaning they would have grown up with the same popular manga and so would have also taken inspiration from the same places resulting in similar looks.
