step 2: copy real life/Andaerz with accurate studies, freehand it and overlay to see how accurate you are.

Well, for one, all he/she really draws is that singular character over and over.
An appealing character sure, but it does get old. Regardless, they can probably smash that character out in moments, compared to the time a regular person would take to draw them, because of how often they draw her.

yeah, the character drawing is probably very fast for him but he/she still manages to switch up the actual framing and poses, perspective and composition in general a ton, which is what I really like.

I think drawing the same character over n over will give you speed but looking at the art, I'm pretty sure Andarz could draw whoever or whatever they want and apply those same shapes and stylistic choices without it taking too much longer. The artist is clearly skilled and just draw the same thing since that's what the account is about.
