How can you "learn" to be more creative? How do you get inspo for more unique fashion design?

Look at the images you like.
Figure out why you are so enamored with them,

Mine is always on the hair. I came to the realization that the way the hair gets drawn always speaks volumes to me. It's as if it's an entirely new visual language to me.

Literally just rip off fashion mags like op pic does lmao
Creativity doesn't exist, it's all just copy whatever sells before

do things that spark your imagination
read books or listen to audio books
do coffee stain drawings (any random silhouette drawing will do)
find something you hate and think you can do better
find prompt generators

Creativity seems to be something akin to "using broad associational thought processes to make novel things." Of course nothing is fully new and it may even be that everything is copied from somewhere else, but creative people are great at placing old, un-new stimuli in a novel context.
An example is Kill la Kill (I'm picking this example because everyone here knows what it is, not because it's the best demonstration of creativity). Still, it's a pretty interesting reimagining of magical girl tropes. Using a scissor blade as the protagonist's sword is pretty original and funny, I think.
The key thing is to not just look at one type of thing or a few things. If Trigger had looked at just magical girl anime and manga, do you think they'd come up with anything new? To make KLK, you'd need to see how an ordinary household tool can be the ultimate weapon - that's the associational part. Kids are good at this, but most adults have been socialized to put things in strong categories.
Can this be trained to any real effect? I'm not so sure. But that's what you need to do. Don't be someone who dismisses everything ordinary (or unusual, or challenging). Try to think about everything as if you're seeing it for the first time.

Have a loving family
have peers that support you in school
have parents that are successful themselves so you have something to look up to
be successful and rich from an early age so you dont know what failure feels like

Because it's meaningless 4chan misery porn, it's typical vent-thread drivel. Plenty of poor people from broken homes have been creative. Naturally it's probably true better to be creative and also rich, and be tall and also rich, have a big dick and also be rich, and so on, how profound.

>How can you "learn" to be more creative?
Ok this is an unconventional answer, but trust me on this.
Fucking "The Creative Act: A Way of Being" by Rick Rubin. Look at this shit (picrel). The whole book is full of this weird-ass spiritual new age schizo crap, and its beautiful. I tried, for shits and giggles primarily, delude/gaslight myself into believing what's being written in the book - we're all creators since creating is bringing new things into the world, therefore even a simple conversation is a piece of art, the universe is a continuous creative and artistic act, ideas that you have but don't bring to life will be brought to life by another artist, staying with tune in nature, looking inwards for ideas, filling your vessel with the information that the universe is constantly generating, all art is inherently collaborative since it has been born under the influence of others' ideas, you are your worst critic, etc etc.
Guess fucking what, now I actually look forward to creating stuff, whatever it may be: making paper planes, drawing ugly mannish anime girls, making 8 bar chopped amen break that I will never finish, doing studies and deleting them afterwards.
I literally gaslighted myself into enjoying creating something, even if it's shit. Thank you Rick Rubin, I hope you wrote this shit sober because you believe in it, because I do too now.
