IMO being a janitor on /jp/ should be a paid position at the very least. Usually people volunteer their time to do this stuff because the community is awesome and the website is cool, but this isn't really the case for 4chan.

It was getting full wacky yesterday though. A janitor deleted my post, then he REPOSTED my post with the exact same picture/text like 20 seconds later.

I assume this is due to a few people constantly vendetta reporting me. A shame they don't get banned for this.
