You're going to have to reinstall.
This is the reason that most VNs are distributed as ISOs and not just the files thrown into a zip.
I know you don't need me to tell you this now, but to anyone else in the thread who isn't doing this already: If you want to keep your games, save your .iso files to an external hard drive.

You may still be able to use your save files; try checking for saves in the game directory, in your documents folder, and %APPDATA% in your old computer and transferring them to the new one.
