I've had friends that were girls, they were shitty friends. They just talk about the dumbest shit and how much they're just "one of the guys!". It gets worse if you have those girls that keep saying they're lesbian or bi, because they're trying to be cool with the whole emo scene style.
There are also those girls that just become your friend to eventually date you, and get destroyed when you friendzone them. They're the ones that will ask for a sip of your drink, or be really touchy and say stuff like "I wish I had a boyfriend~". But then you deny them the sip of your drink or tell them not to touch you, so one of their friends talks to you in a really bitchy way, telling you she's crying behind the bleachers and calling you a jerk.

Girls are just really dramatic compared to guys. You could get in a fist fight with your friend, and be just fine the next day. If you so much as say the wrong thing in front of a girl, prepare for a lifetime grudge.
That's how it was for me in highschool anyways, I haven't talked to anyone really since then.
