Yes, presumably because those works featured nudity. I'm not the anon that mentioned that so I cannot give you a clear explanation as to the reasoning why. If you asked me, that's what I would think caused it. And no, IV's 99% of the time will not feature any nudity at all, As I mentioned earlier *if* an idol decides to have a nude photobook or IV, generally that would be considered the idol deciding to transition out of her gravure career. That's a big if though, it's not a hard rule or anything, just something that's up to the discretion of the idol.
