Hecatias complicated because she’s actually pretty kind and adverse to evil unlike pretty much everyone other leader of hell in universe. Hell in Touhou light it be as shitty as Doom Hell but it still tortures humans and lets demons run amok so he’s gonna have issue with it.

I can see Hecatia using Doomguy the same way Hayden used him to try to improve the Ministry of Right and Wrong or keep the Oni in check only it to spectacularly blow up in her face when she realizes he’s got his own agenda
