Hellhound fighting game character is here. I changed the format a little bit, and started using 'arousal' instead of 'damage'. Hope you all like. Thank you for the suggestions on how to make her. Wurm should be next, unless I get distracted.
HELLHOUND

Hellhound is an RMCF (Royal Makai Combat Federation) professional fighter, known for her aggressive, quick, animalistic fighting style that takes full advantage of her houndish physiology. She’s one of the most feared combatants in the world, and rightfully so. The longest an opponent has lasted against her in the ring has been 3 rounds. Despite her dominant, aggressive personality, she is extremely caring. While her monstrous nature makes it nigh impossible for her to bring physical harm to anyone, she always makes sure the people she fights are feeling okay after a fight, both physically and mentally. Hellhound would likely never emotionally recover if she made her opponent cry from not being gentle enough.
In the heat of combat (or passion), her fire goes from orange to a bloody crimson. She wears a dark red sarashi over her chest, extremely short black and red shorts, and black boxing shoes. Hellhound does not have any weapons except the ones she was born with. There are chains/broken restraints around her arms, which are there just for show. Her fur is black as night and dangerously fluffy.

Hellhound is an extremely aggressive rushdown character with a suffocating offence. They have excellent gap closing abilities, making it easier to get in. Furthermore, they have excellent mixups, quick access to overheads and strong lows, and powerful throws to open up her opponent's defence and keep them guessing. She does, however, struggle to play at range. If you can keep her out, you will win. If you cannot, you are royally fucked.

NORMALS:
Hellhound’s normal attacks take full advantage of her sharp claws and fangs. They’re very evasive, causing her to duck under a lot of her opponent’s attacks when she gets into her animalistic stances. Despite her training, she does not often use traditional martial arts, spare a few grapples, jabs and kicks that she borrowed from old sparring partners. Her normals are very strong, with a lot of plus frames and quick startup. However, her overenthusiastic passion causes her to put a bit much into each hit, making them very unsafe/punishable on wiff.
Her normal throw is a suplex.

COMMAND NORMALS:
6H – Dropkick. Slow start up, but very plus on block. Effective pressure tool.
2M – ‘Superkick’. Powerful, quick, disjointed anti-air that leads to a full combo.
2M (Airborne) – Elbow drop. Halts all forward momentum hellhound has. Arousal inflicted increases with distance fallen.

SPECIALS:
632146H – Amazonian Lockdown
Command grab. Hellhound springs forward at her opponent, avoiding all lows as she does so. When she connects with her opponent, they collide with such force that they slide along the ground. She then locks her opponent’s legs above hers and keeps them restrained. Inflicts lots of arousal. She can be knocked out of the jump if she is hit with a high or an overhead.
Enhanced version causes Hellhound to shove the opponent's face into her neck fluff, further increasing arousal.

412364H – Infernal Takedown
Command grab. Hellhound charges in a crouched position, ducking under all highs and some overheads. On contact, she bites her opponent’s leg, inflicting moderate arousal and preventing them from leaving the ground/becoming airborne (of their own accord; Hellhound can still knock them up) for three seconds, due to the warm throbbing left by the bite.

236L – Fluffy Abyss
Hellhound readies herself to block an opponent’s punch. If she blocks a punch, she pulls the opponent’s hand into her chest fluff, inflicting moderate arousal and leaving them in a vulnerable state.

214M – Ember Rush
Hellhound dashes forwards on all fours, giving her a very low hitbox and knocking the opponent into the air with a rising claw. Very unsafe on block. Good for getting under projectiles.

236236H (Opponent Airborne) (Uses 50% of meter) – Bloodhound Slam
A command grab that can only be used on airborne opponents. A combination of an attack of her own, and an attack of an old friend of hers: a Vampire. Hellhound grabs an airborne opponent’s legs and slams them into the ground before pouncing on top of them, scratching their back, biting their neck and putting them in a similar position to Amazonian Lockdown. Inflicts extremely high arousal.

222L (Uses 50% of meter) – Fired Up!
Hellhound enters a deeply aggressive, aroused state, taking moderate arousal over time but gaining long ranged normals, higher arousal to her command grabs. This is extremely dangerous, because the arousal over time never ends, but the power up does. A last ditch effort. The self inflicted arousal cannot finish her. Lasts 15 seconds.
