3rd ring only with large medkits if you use them immediately, afterwards ur dead, gold armour small medkits won't save you
what the team on top tried to do was lose some health so they can initiate the heal animation (you can't heal on full health) and then time the heal to refill their health at the last possible second, the bottom team beat them on that
a wraith team wins by defeault since wraith's phase shields her form ring damage during it's duration
heat shields are disabled in tournaments
