I do the following

>pay all my bills online
>have my scholarship payed to me by direct deposit
>take only online classes offered by my college
>post fake status updates on the book of faces, to convince my old friends I am out doing normal things
>sun-bathe on the roof of my building
>talk to people on 4chan

Baah! School starts in about 1 hour and 30 minutes, and after spending a good 2-3 years doing nothing infront of the computer, barely seeing my friends or leaving the house I gotta say that I'm pretty fucking scared of a new school with new people and whatnot. Social anxiety is a bitch.

Damn humans and their society, just let me sit here and watch my shows and play my games in peace. Although I do think my father would seriously have started beating the living shit out of me if I did nothing for another year.

I want to disappear into my own world. I want to isolate myself from the rest of humanity. Every night, I cocoon myself in my bed and consider never leaving again. Never going back out into the world again. I think about pulling away from society altogether and subsisting on my own fantasies in complete isolation.

I feel myself spending more and more time inside my head lately. It's so bad sometimes that I'll completely zone out for up to an hour at a time while in class or while sitting around other people in general.

The world in my head is slowly replacing the world outside, and I think I like it better in here anyway.

I honestly wish sometimes that I could be a hikikomori. If I could somehow ensure myself financial stability, I would never leave my house for anything. I would be a complete shut-in that communicated with the outside world solely through the internet and would while away the tedious hours with videogames, anime, and music.

This lifestyle honestly appeals to me.
