The Last Live is the subtitle, the actual name of the concert is Hello World 2022. Just like AI-chan's Hello World was "1st live".
AI-chan was pretty clear on her announcement video, she'll be doing things she can't do while keeping up with everything else and her company will do the same. I think it's most likely updating her English plugin, but I guess also making an agency isn't out of the question.
There's also that Metaverse thing, which I know nothing about but I do know KA Inc has been working with Facebook for a while now and they partly funded her amazing Fireworks concert.
Personally, as much as I don't think she'll sleep for less than 3 months, I think they wouldn't want to skip AI-chan's birthday as it's a big source of revenue. Though for the time being I'm putting aside some money to support her upcoming concert so she can sleep easier.

Anyways, I recommend watching this video again. Doing so with a cool head gave me peace of mind.
