The only people who are around to catch those streams are neets with no money anyway. The people who have money aren't there to watch the stream because they are at work.

So what happens is that the people who can watch have no money, and the people who have money can't watch. Are you supposed to send time traveling supachas or how the fuck do you expect europoors to send them? And why pay for memberships when all you get are streams you can't watch anyway?

If Cover actually bothered to cater to the european market they could probably squeeze a lot of money out of the region, it's the worlds 3rd biggest economy after all.
