I can tell you've never actually BEEN to the AKB48 Theater or know what Akihabara even looks like. It's actually inside here ... on the 8th floor.

I've waited in line longer to get ramen noodles then I have for a ticket to get inside the AKB48 theater.

(Protip: most people buy their tickets by phone or email before hand)
