doubtful something like that happens, as it was said in previous Chen chapters that he already knows Reimu has become a better person and he wouldn't blame her for his situation, as it was all Yukari's doing and there could be no way anyone would know she'd kidnap him and build the HSE. Also, there's his love for Hana that despite destroying their relationship, is still alive, and it's very likely Hana will be fighting alongside Reimu to save him.
He also knows from Ran that if he's saved, he'll be a free man and not have his freedom forfeit; he even made plans with Takane about that too, so he's hopeful for what comes after the solstice. Those that want to lock him again for egotistical reasons will have to go through, at the very least: Ran, Reimu, Toutetsu, 'Ana, Flandre and maybe Kasen—depending on how the Solstice goes—, which may as well be a goddamn death sentence
