I think you guys forget something really important about the holos, all of them are sociopaths .

I doesn't matter at what point they started with their weird behaviors, the point is that we enable them to make a profit about this, and that profit is being able to live a simple life with luxuries. That shouldn't be possible if we take account their real abilites in IRL, all of them fail at being able to mantain a normal life, financially speaking.

We enable them because they represent part of us, they are our sins and gulty pleasures, those that we can't speak about but enable it with the only thing that actually have freedom in our society, and that is money.
