This is some of the biggest cope I think I've ever read. That could've been introduced during one of the hundred of establishing shots where a character stands outside the HSE and nobody ITT would even bat an eye. It doesn't even make sense from a character perspective. Why isn't it somebody like Chimata instead of a 98hu that couldn't even get 100 points in the latest popularity poll?
