You wake up in a groggy, confused daze with a pounding headache. You're in bed with no clothes on. You turn your head and see that for some reason Satoko is in bed with you as well, also sans clothes, and still fast asleep with her head resting on your chest. You turn your head the other direction. On the dresser is an empty syringe of some kind and a bottle half-full of a purple liquid as well as two obviously used glasses. A gruff male voice starts pounding on the door and angrily shouting something about his niece. You hear the door slam open and loud footsteps stomping towards you. What do you do?
