You know how Sanaefags get real mad because no one can talk about her canon self without calling her a slut? Well, I cannot do even that as nephew fucking is one of the only canon things one can discuss about Yori. ZUN will dance around giving straight answers for years and years, but for Yorihime he plainly wrote "She's married to her actual nephew LMAO!" without any room for doubt.
So, the only thing I can say is that Yorihime would not manipulate her nephew as she has been shown to be nothing but kind to everyone.

The rumble of scientific triumph encompasses all, from this wood beneath my soles to the highest peak in the Luna Capitale. Virtually alone, I guided it, molded it to my liking—age passed, nothing changed—and am deservedly worthy of the title 'Brain of the Moon'. The things I've done have no comparison and replication is nigh impossible… Yet, it feels so hollow when put against my newest and most profoundly researched and worked-on project. How could I've waited for so long? Thousands upon thousands of years, and never one speck of curiosity to comprehend; to study the Gap?

Of course, before Yukari came onto the picture, the phenomenon was that: a phenomenon… Hm, mere excuses.

… Oh, if I could go back in time and track down Yukari when she was a defenseless baby… The sheer quantity of eggs I could harvest; the tests I'd perform without the fear of being torn open by a Gap…

Wishful thinking, of which I rid myself as my office's door opens; Udongein is there, sighing with her ears drooped, tired beyond belief. “You've been overworking, I see.” I note, putting down a clipboard with details I have memorized.

“Ugh, good morning, Eirin-sensei—sorry for this; all the extra hours and the nurses hounding me constantly are draining me…” She slumps onto the empty chair by my desk.

“I assume your lethargy stems from your lack of pregnancy?” She groans, hiding her face in her hands. Delightful development, those simple nurses, the narrative being as follows: Tewi goes to the HSE, 'adopts' Anon Hakurei and his daughter into her family and now all rabbits want to follow their trickster leader. Months go by, and being impregnated is almost becoming a requirement between the rabbits. Those of age who don't achieve it… Well, Udongein is a great example of what going against a herd mentality can achieve in such a closed environment as Eieintei. Hardly any of that matters from a social angle—but from a genetic pool dilution and mutative genome angle?

Still, it's good Udongein hasn't succumbed to human genitalia. Amusing, indeed. Usable, too—possibly there won't be a need for most particular uses of aphrodisiacs and other unsavory, yet useful, drugs. “Perhaps you should get pregnant, then. The rabbits won't stop until they see a baby bulge.”

“Not you too, Eirin-sensei…” She huffs with a half-hearted laugh. I don't laugh. “For how much they hype that man, I really don't—”

“Sexual intercourse won't be necessary.” Udongein stops with my sudden intermission. A low 'H-huh?' muttered, her ears bopping a little, eyes slightly narrowing. My gaze into her eyes is pure iron. “… I've been hiding a lot from you recently.” Immediately understanding swims inside her pupils, but I continue, not giving her time to think or talk, getting up from my seat. “The secret tests I've been performing in my lab are in direct relation to the pregnancy crisis we've been experiencing, and they aim to better understand the mixing of the human genome and the—in broad terms—Youkai genome… Success hasn't been frequent, not with the speed of experiments and the craze of patients, none staying for too long in place.” I walk around the table and stand behind Udongein, those doe eyes following me with complete dumbfoundness. My hands fall on her shoulders with all the weight of meteors, and she jumps slightly—such is the frightful nature of the rabbit. None of my perfect children will bear that trait. “So, I think we could help each other, Udongein: you'll bear a child through medical means, and I'll study it closely, from the moment of conception to the moment it leaves your womb, and you'll be saved from smug nurses always whispering about your lack of baby; have more frequent pauses; and be less of a victim to Tewi's pranks. A worthy trade-off, don't you think?”

“W-Wait, Eirin-sensei! T-This… I thought you'd called me for tea; what's all this talk about c-conception and babies?!” I glared at her for a prolonged moment of stillness, the moon rabbit squirming in place… Then I walk to my desk, grab a teapot, and serve us two cups of tepid tea. Her mood seems to shrink, for whatever reason, a mumble following. “… Why do you seem to already have everything planned?”

“Because nothing of this is new to me. You've been my main connection with Anon Hakurei since the HSE's inception, Udongein; I notice the developments… You have a kind heart, growing attached to the byproducts—”

“D-Don't call them that! They're just babies…” She sulks, then bows respectfully, apologizing for the rudeness. I brush it aside. “The situation feels so convenient; I feel targeted somehow.” Even more sulking. Tewi's pranks have left a scar…

I have an idea for Yuuka, but I also love the whimsey of everyone having some epic plot/lore-centric battle, monologuing all the while, and all the sudden Yuuka meets Seija and Goro, having never seen them before, and they just immediately start slugging it out without restraint, having a hell of a time with no melodrama or reason needed.
