Kanatan wanted to buy an iPhone 13 to replace her iPhone 7 because it was overheating. She had never been to an Apple store before, saying that they're for youkya (extroverts, sort of) and had always bought stuff online. So she wore her Molcar jacket and acted like she'd been there lots of times.
When she got in the store she realized that she'd need to talk to someone to find what she was looking for and pay for it but she didn't want to talk to the man at the counter. So she just stood around looking at expensive phones while waiting for someone else to approach her, and waited and waited. She kept checking the clock and after 24 minutes had passed someone finally approached her - and then immediately left (she thinks he assumed that she had already confirmed what she was going to buy while she was standing there). Finally, she found out that the store didn't even have iPhone 13s and that she had gone through all of that for nothing.
When she left the store she called yuujin and told her that the store was filled with youkya and that it took her twenty minutes to finally be able to talk to one of them, and even yuujin was confused about it.

"I'll never go to the Apple store again."
