which means that Ciconia is a sub-reality to the greater world revealed in Umineko, which means that everyone pushing simulation theory onto the other WTC works fails to understand that even if simulation theory is the answer to Ciconia, it only applies to the world of Ciconia, it is completely contained within the sub-reality (fragment, game board, etc.) that Ciconia takes place in.

WTC games don't give you enough information to solve the full mystery in the first chapter. If the answer was really going to be "all of wtc is simulation", it wouldn't have been revealed in a first chapter. The first chapter is the one that establishes the characters, establishes a small part of the mystery, and misdirects you by not giving you enough information to solve the mystery, and drops a shit ton of red herrings directly on your head to make you believe something completely wrong that is completely turned around later.
