After Aya discovered that Anon is in the HSE against his will and that she has come to bear feelings for him, her intentions have been of securing him as husband and father for his children after everything is said and done, not really taking in consideration his feelings at first. That's pretty bad. Her actions and deeds afterwards, however, have shown a genuine care and desire to help, putting her life on the line multiple times not just for Anon, but Hana too back in the party. That's pretty good.
Couple the two together, and you have a somewhat egotistical woman who has a good heart, and the answer to that is forgiveness for her mistakes, because she has shown she's become better than that person that took part in Anon's pain
A total extreme case would be Seiga, who has terrible deeds and intentions through and through, and deserves to be as hated and despised as she is
