It's a good thing to reflect on your own shortcomings, but it's also good to remember that the HSE and KMS are very different writing environments. His dedication and output to write his fanfic from start to finish alone is aspiring, but to write with a bunch of unknown people; without a clear plan and still coordinate well enough to get great stuff out of it is also amazing. At any point the project could've been broken if someone had given up, as one writer affects the other -- a lot of times Yamashiroanon got me writing because of how thoughtful he is with his OC, or Hanaanon made me excited to immediately get to write Reimu when I was feeling down and tired, Ayaanon with the underlying rivalry of Ran and Aya; I'm sure other writers can say the same with different examples --, and a chain of giving up could've started if just one too many left. But it did not, and despite the memes, we march towards the ending of our fanfiction.
This goes for all writers that remain: Do get inspired by KMSanon's feats, strive to be better in face of them; but don't downplay your own accomplishments in the project or writing in general

but the actual best ending is Anon adopting Hata no Sekai to show her the world and shower what should be the culmination of his disgrace with love and affection
