Eh, just to further compound on things.
A lot of what goes into making computers and networks efficient is the amount of data being handled and how it's managed. So generally the larger the file you want to move from Disk A to Disk B the longer it would take. However data on computers isn't always stored as arbitrary-sized files and operations in computers definitely do not work bit by bit(a bit in this situation being a 1 or 0 which is the smallest unit we'll work with in Modern Computing), so there might be cases where a single copy operation on two files of different sizes taking the exact same amount of time. Things become even more fun on networks, where we ASSUME that bad wires, router faults, and other errors will occur, which become more frequent the larger the file is! This means if we don't want horrible, exponential errors, we have to segment our files into smaller bits called packets and send them piece meal and the receiver assembles them piece by piece.

I say all this networking and computer nonsense to illustrate Goro's dilemma and how Yukari, who treats shikigami as computers, could effectively help him.

Think of it like telling a three year old how to bake a cake, but you can only draw pictures to do it on only three pages in less then ten minutes. You could cheat and use both sides of the paper, fold the papers in such a way that each sequential instruction is revealed as you unravel it, use colored markers, ect.
Haha, I need to write a Flan chapter now. Later though.
