The land of the back door was a strange place at the best of times, and during the winter was no exception. There was no borders in the traditional sense, no horizon, no sky, no ground. It was a strange place that despite the life force emanating from everywhere it wasn't like the wholesome life force of the forest and rivers. It set the milling fairies on edge, who tended to clump together in a buzzing ball of uncertainty. Nothing but floating doors and incomprehensible 'landscape' went on as far as the eye can see in a cool blue color as if to match the winter that was waking up outside.

Star was, as always, the one that was the most put together. Something that gave her a certain amount of pride, after all among her companions she was the eyes and ears. If Luna was the brains, always coming up with the real smart ideas, if Sunny was the muscles, charging ahead and thinking on her feet, then Star must have been everything else and moved them along while keeping an eye out for danger and humans to bully. It was hard work for sure, but it was something only she could do and she relished how everyone looked up to her!

In front of that milling mass of fairies that were corralled by the strongest of the Daiyousei, the three fairies of light took their place. Star put her hands on her hips as she let her voice carry in this strange space, it caught the fairies attentions like sugar water did bettles during the summer and spring; the fairies started amassing around as Star proudly declared, "All we go gotta do is simple, we're going to go up to Okina and shoot with all of our danmaku at once and make her cry and say she's sorry. Then she'll put Dai-chan back together and give back Cirno!"

Star's chest puffed out in pride as the fairies cheered together. Luna however, wasn't so enthused, "Nonono, we did that last time and got our butts kicked remember? We need to tell her that she did something wrong and use our words first... Then we kick her butt!" she smashed a fist into her empty palm with her eyebrows creased in fury.

The cut short cheers were renewed with vigor, and Star was shocked at the depth of Luna's words; That was the brain of the three fairies for you! Sunny shook her head, and the mob of fairies turned to her, "No way! They're both bad plans, we need to just hit her even harder than we did before. Last time we only had err... this many!" she held out her hands with fingers splayed to indicate how many fairies joined them last time, "but this time we have this many!" she splayed out her fingers again, before closing them and splaying them out again and again.

With a voice getting ever more enthusiastic as she kept repeating the cycle of closing and spreading her fingers she exclaimed, "We just hit her harder and harder and then she'll cry so much that she'll never even think of touching a fairy again! We'll kick her butt and steal her stupid chair too!"

A mix of cheers and jeers began, the fairies were divided.
