Lemontene turned to face the dollar store non-chinese gatekeeper, fiddling with her hands. “Not at all. I was actually wondering… uh… How long have we been staying here?”

Sara scratched her head. Clearly, math was not a strongsuit. “I haven’t been keeping track personally, but I’d give a rough estimate of about a month or two. How comes you’re askin’ me this? What, do you wanna go back home or something?”

Lemontene, of course, aggressively nodded her head. 2 WHOLE MONTHS?!? Oh nonononono NO! How did she let herself get off track so easily? Bad things are happening to the place & people she called home! Why are both her & the rest of the gang just over here doing nothing other than louse around all day? Are her friends okay? Did Team 9 finally patch things up, band back together & find out where Cirno had gone? And Rikako! Lemontene never really had much experience with the whole “Times Out” or “Grounded” idea (it was always more of a thing for the human village children) but what little she DID go through was horrible. Quite possibly the most grueling half-hour of her life, and Rikako’s been going through that for several months? I mean their last interaction during that failed party steakout really hurt her personally, but…

“Hey, calm down little one.” Louise whispered, consoling the panicked Fairy with an arm on the shoulder. “I know it can be a bit nerve-racking, but it’s for everyone’s greater good. Gensokyo isn’t safe for people like you anymore! But just give it a little more time & I’m sure Lady Shinki and friends will eventually deconstruct Yukari & Friends' evil scheme! When that happens, you guys are welcome back there with mouths foaming out of joy & open arms.”

“...Except for that Rikako Asakura chick. I heard that apparently she’ll need to wait like 8 years before she can even begin to apply for things like probation or community service. Kek what a bitch” Sara chimed in.

Louise chuckled at Sara’s unusual commentary before continuing her counseling. “..Besides, Makai is one of the best possible places to be! Come on, These next couple holes have really cool animal-themed hazards. You're gonna love them, Tenelemon!”

But, surprise surprise, Lemontene wouldn’t love them. The rest of the game went by and they all began their trip back home to Pandæmonium’s mansion. Not once did any of them see so much as a smile emerge from the lemon fairy again for the rest of the night.

Surprisingly enough, I tried drawing a little bit before, and while it wasn't terrible, it was still pretty basic MSpaint level stuff. Picrel.
