"It's a nick if anything! This'll leave a mark on those dainty hands of yours. Come on, let's go find some bandages." Goro said, leading the Amanojaku away.

Konngara looked down at the sword hilt and sighed, murmuring something about '...one more until I get a real blade' and, deciding she was done being a bully, walked off.

I turned to Flan and asked. "What do you make of all that?"

The vampire thought for a second before answering. "Ah! Sakuya told me about this! It's called 'posturing', a charisma technique! But it's weak to surprises." The vampire said, nodding in satisfaction.

"No no, not that, I mean when those two 'moved' behind Konngara. How'd they do that?" I asked her.

"Stopping time maybe?"

Stopping time... That seemed plausible? But could they really have the same ability as Sakuya-san? That seemed unlikely. Whatever the truth, this wasn't something anyone else knew about! If I could figure out a little about how it worked, then maybe I could be of some help to everyone!

"Come on Flan, we're gonna see what Yukari-Sama has to say about this." I say, pushing forward in the vent.

"Kari...." She murmured, remembering the strange incident where Anon had yelled at Yukari-Sama.

Ah, this could be bad. If Yukari-Sama was still in a fowl mood from that event, she might lash out at the two and it'd be dangerous...

No! This wasn't the time to be cowardly over a little tension! Anon and everyone else was counting on me after all! If I could find something to help me stop the fighting, it'll all be worth it!

"Come on Flan, let's get to the bottom of this, it'll be fun!" I said, grabbing the Vampire's hand and giving it a squeeze.

Instantly her frown turned into a smile, her sad departing her, and she snuck with me. Onwards to Yukari's office!

Brief explanation of what happened because I'm not sure I communicated it well, but need to go to sleep: Konngara got fliped before she swung her sword, but since she's an 'astral knight' she just did a 180 degree turn to correct for it.
