I don't have any experiences like that at all.
I'll drop a story that I think could be related though.

There is a professor that is always in the labroom at my college. He's young, maybe 28 or so, and very shy and reserved. I can't really describe it, but there is just some feel around the area. It's like I'm being raped by his eyes, but only when I'm not looking. I work very hard in the labroom, or at least pretend to look busy so no one interrupts me. Today he interrupted me to ask some inane question that he should have already known. This was obviously in order to spark some sort of conversation.
I don't know if this was either out of pity, as no one talks to me, or out of genuine interest in friendship and or bonding. Regardless of his ulterior motive, I gave him brief answers and he left me to my work.

I know this sounds like I'm over-thinking it, but there is just something. Like we are on a similar frequency.
