This is a vtuber who is completely artificial, made with Machine Learning. The project has been going on since almost a year now, but it seems it has failed to capture an audience.
I want to ask him if he wants to try an English only stream, since technically the tools he is using for the neural network can easily allow him to do so. The problem is that it seems he doesn't speak a word of English. I been thinking of dming him this, but I don't want to sound like an autist.
