Actually, she appeared in the background of one illustration. In the Railgun manga, she is a very minor side character. For some shitty reason, she was made into pretty much the protagonist of the Railgun anime.

I wonder why this thread is here and not /a/, because all this thread is is people posting pictures of Saten and vaguely mentioning things that happened in the anime or manga. All things related to the novels, which are all translated, and the VN are completely ignored or sometimes twisted into being about Saten in the anime.
