Back in 2016 they released a zodiac character named Andira. Image related. Back then it wasn't required to show rates, so they basically fucking lied and said it was x rate but some dude spent rhe equivalent of 6k USD trying to get her and didn't. Which completely made the rate they inititally put in proven to be bullshit. After that happened, they refunded everything for that gacha. Cygames didn't get in trouble for it, but after that they made it required BY LAW to show individual drop rates including general drop rates for every fucking mobile game or you can actually get in trouble.

After this is when GBF put in the spark system and all that other shit, where after a certain # of rolls you can just pick. All because of this cute ass monkey.
