Since we're on a tanuki kick tonight, what sort of relationship would you prefer?
Being the breadwinner of the family with a doting wife back home?
Being a househusbando raising your adorable daughters on a day-to-day basis while your capable MG wife brought home the bacon?
A more equal relationship where you both work, perhaps running a store with an attached house or as competitive equals with modern daycare/schooling.
Maybe you're gentry and you have a kiki maid that your wife allows you to fool around with but enjoys abusing?

IMO I could totally deal with abandoning my current work life and raising adorable fluffy daughterus only to have mom come home and teach them valuable business lessons or be the disciplinarian.
