She loses to characters that can rush down better than her, characters that have better mobility than her and characters who can zone. This is like the entire cast besides like Tager and Noel. Even though she is a rushdown character she can't be threatening at all without meter, and getting meter pretty much requires not rushing down.

If she gets an overall damage buff and/or a better way to get meter and they fix her normals she would be usable. From what I seem to remember, Order-Sol was shit in Slash so maybe she will be decent in the next version/balance patch.
