It’s been a hot minute since that kerfuffle back at Alice’s House, hasn’t it folks? Yup. That day sure led to a lot of interesting developments. But we’ve only really ever seen how Marisa and Friends have been. I think it’s perhaps about time we check on the B-team’s status. They’ve spent so much time in this unfamiliar place, far far away from home. Which only begs the question: What have these stooges gotten upto in their spare time?

We enter the scene at what appears to be a Makainian-themed 26 hole Mini-Golf Course. This, alongside several other locals in Wonderland, would make for a really awesome tourist attraction if Makai didn’t close its tourist agency many decades ago. Thanks shrine maidens, magicians and a genocidal maniac! Our players are The Wheel Demon, Yuki, Lemontene, Sara & Louise. They were playing relatively normally up until hole 18, when some suddenly got a cheeky idea. “If Lemontene can make Lemon, then can she make other fruits and vegetables?” This idea sort of worked, as they were able to make some of their requested fruits come out. But it seems they haven’t noticed that all the ones that worked are also from the citrus family of fruit - the family the lemon resides in.

“You see it too, Lou?” Sara the Almighty Gate Keeper asked her right hand (wo)man, Louise the Adventurous Spelunker.

“Oh Sara, you know I’m one of those people who always keep their eyes closed most of the time. I often can’t see anything!” Louise pouted, shrugging.

“...Right. Well might as well bring it up now that we’re on this topic, has anything about that Lemonfairy seemed off to you too?”

“...What about it? I don’t see anything more out of the ordinary about her then I do some of our regular Pandæmonium residents. Did she do something naughty that I didn’t hear about?”

“Oh no no, not anything like that. It’s just… a fairy from Gensokyo who specializes in Lemon? I swear Lemons have always been a Makai-exclusive delicacy, or at least ungodly rare enough everywhere else that it’s basically impossible to find one fresh. How on earth did anybody get their hands on one of those back in ‘sokyo? Let alone somehow achieve enough of them that forces of nature like fairies can ride its coattails? There’s somethin’ strange afoot but I’m not sure if it’s a mystery even worth pursuing.”

This theory made Louise laugh out loud, shocking Sara. “Did I say something stupid?” She asked her family member with the cool hat.

“Oh no no!” Louise said. “It’s just that I think I remember what you’re talking about now! It was a while ago, but do you remember that one time Ms. Yuyuko and Lady Shinki went out-”
