That one story thread really made me wish we had an extension to the conflicting relationship between the hermit and the arm. Or if WAHH had the oni reveal be a middle point and true reconciliation between the two personalities as the ending.

Kasen's greatest flaw is that she rejects the parts of herself she doesn't like instead of accepting them as being her and growing as a person. Kasen will have learned nothing if she chooses to seal away her bottomless lust again instead of acknowledging her desires and instead deciding to wield them for a good cause.
The good cause in question being to relieve the pent-up desires of the Celestials and stopping them from being massive cunts all the time, thus once more opening Heaven to the virtuous souls and bringing forth a new age of prosperity, as a great hero. These are the true ideals of the great Oni sage of Gensokyo.

Before going into the mountains an effective ward against onis is to spill a bottle of sake over yourself. Onis are guaranteed to leave you alone if you are covered in sake, I promise.
