I know it's bait, but imagine if Cover cared about their talents making money outside of the barest possible minimum.

Reposting the chart that indicates Superchats Per Hour in USD, because I feel like it's worth sharing still.
Interesting thing to note: Mori has the highest superchat per hour count. I imagine that has to do with her being newer, so all of her superchats are divided across less hours than the average JP, but at the same time, it's an impressive cashflow to bring in with so little in terms of hours compared to those who have had the entire year.
There is only one Holo making under $100 per hour. If we assume they only get a 30% cut of the revenue, a job giving $30 per hour isn't too bad, especially when that job is streaming.
Rushia and Coco obviously have high hourly Superchat revenues, but a surprise is that Comet also has a high hourly revenue in that department.
Another unexpectedly high Superchat per Hour revenue source is Ayame. Her fans must truly be dedicated.
