Unlike j/kpop idol groups, most JAV idols actually seem to have their own private life that, assuming they're tactful about it, isn't interfered with by their management. The type of scrutiny is just different. Sure, they still might not be able to go public with a relationship (not that they'd want to anyway) so they probably have stuff going on that nobody knows about, whether that's secret boyfriends, one-night stands, saffles, working as escorts, experimenting with female friends/coworkers/fellow idols in the industry, etc. Some might even just feel a bit "touched out" from all the filming and acting and just keep to themselves outside of work.
I know you're asking what we think but it is worth mentioning that everyone's answers are going to be purely speculative and logical guesswork. What I don't think is that there's some giant behind the scenes lesbian orgy sex cult which is what you seem to be insinuating/hoping for kek
