Heirlooms are cosmetic melee weapons anon. Kraber is a "care package" weapon, so basically it needs to be scavenged from a care package drop that spawns somewhere on the map.

It's better in TF2 cause body shots were one shot If I remember correctly. I've played loads of Apex, but the health/shield system doesn't work for half the guns they've forced into Apex, so that's also the reason you'll see people using the same loadouts for every game.
