If you're above 100IQ and learning languages is your hobby 5 by the time you're 30 is entirely realistic.
The biggest constraint here, I think, is that it gets kind of pointless after a while because as long as it's not a part of your career, you can only get to use properly so many of them
I have 2 native languages, English and Japanese but the latter two already take up most of my bandwidth in terms of what I read and watch.
Japanese is only taking me somewhat longer because of this ridiculous writing system (that I'm totally in love with)
If I had to learn European languages for a living reaching double digits by the time I'm 40 would be fairly easy
