Shion crafted her persona and fanbase over the years. She also had many moments where she opnely voiced that her audience means a lot to her and if you watch her often you always know she's joking. She makes fun of her chat but she also praises it and often mentions how much they care and spoil her like a doting mother. It's a back and forward and she makes half assed apologies for comedic purposes and intergrates her chat's "offended" comments into the bit. Her chat talks shit at her all the time as well because of the way she responds to it. I don't watch en but I assume she just didn't give her fans the time to adjust to that type of stream. Shion also significanlty dials down that aspect when she collabs because it might not be what other audiences want
