I was cleaning up and found a nice belt/scarf hangar. I don’t have any small hangars yet just this cardboard w/plastic hook from clothes. I cant imagine small hangars wouldnt fit this particular hangar. Could be another option for doll stuff

You could probably find even smaller curtain rods or salvage rod from something, or use wooden dowels and cut them to size (if its small enough you might be about to score it with a razor blade and snap them) and find an appropriate rod socket to match.
