So, I bought a new monitor recently, finally upgrading from my very old CRT, and for w/e reason I can't get it to run specific MangaGamer VN's in fullscreen correctly.

This is NOT a scaling issue with nvdia or w/e I've already sorted that out and I can basically anything else to fullscreen, and it's in the appropriate 4:3 aspect ratio etc. With this, the game just starts to update incredibly slowly and blacks out whenever it's trying to actually update the screen.

I'm positive it's something to do with their engine because it only happens on MG's version of Kira Kira and Higurashi. Kara no Shojo runs fine and swaps in and out fine though, but those are the only 3 with their engine I have installed to check with.

Any other /jp/ers bumped into this problem? I had a look around and couldn't seem to find anything. Initially I thought it might be beacuse of my refresh rate but I messed around with that and no dice, tried disabling lightboost, etc...I even tried messing with different scaling settings in the nvdia control panel.
