I went out to buy some milk and I felt a fart coming out, so I let it go only for it to turn into putrid diarrhea, soiling me and causing the whole mini market I was in to stink like ass. So you'd prefer it if we did nothing but discuss the same rotation of points and theories again and again? Practically everything has already been discussed, every avenue gone down, every idea brought up. If it hasn't, feel free to bring it up, and I'm sure I wouldn't be the only one to discuss it with you. Hell, we often discuss things more than once. Yasu's original gender comes up all the time. So even if the idea has been talked about, you'll probably get a reply or two.
Creating more OC relating to the games, or even just the threads harms no one. It doesn't kill you just seeing a man's drawings, whether they be good or bad. If you don't like them, then just hide them. He doesn't even change the image name, so you could even just filter that if you don't feel like hiding the original post or if it gets a little chaotic as to who he replies to. Do you get mad when people post other, more refined artists as well? Or do you decide what images are 'on-topic' or not?
Most of the irritating posters have easily filtered things as well. There's an entire filterlist for the Italian, and our latest American friend barely ever posts without a sound image. Even the times he doesn't are often very telltale, and it'd take you a few days at most to fully find and filter any of his signature mannerisms.
If you can't see a post, then it does nothing to you. Even if you do see the post, nothing will happen to you. As has become common nowadays, as soon as a thread dies another one is created. If the thread's filled too quickly by one of the usual suspects, then who gives a shit? Another thread's probably already been made to replace it.
In short, 'off-topic' discussion is what allows these threads to still continue on at a regular pace faster than a few posts an hour, and most is not even off-topic at all. Most of that discussion is filterable if you don't like it. Make your own 'on-topic' discussion starters if none are already available, and others will reply. It's as simple as that.

The one true solution to that issue is to have a waifu you yourself created, as there's no way your waifu will be just yours if anyone else created them. Most studios will have at least one guy who likes the girl he's drawing/animating, and odds are someone else will like that girl outside of that studio as well.
Of course, if you're not careful you'll end up getting so crazy about this made-up waifu that you end up commissioning art and other shit for them, and that's the point where you're cucking yourself, not out of your waifu, but out of your own expenses and time.

People who reply with "didn't ask" are unable to ignore things they don't like, and so feel obligated to post something so they feel better afterwards. The easiest solution to a bad post would be to hide it, but instead they feel it is their duty to speak for the masses, because otherwise that person might think that somebody on the board might have read that post and thought it was good, and clearly that post was bad. Flooding threads with replies that say absolutely nothing, believe it or not, does nothing.
