I'm not going to make a full list of all the big or subtle things that could be just for you, but stuff. Like knowing how to tell sarcasm or jokes, the ability to walk like a human.

Well we do. Maybe not of the screaming, drooling and slamming head against the wall kind obviously, they wouldn't even be able to communicate with the rest of us, but of some form of it yes there's definitely some.
They might not fall into your definition of it but they fall under the definition of it. At least on the somewhat high functioning end of the spectrum.
It's not entirely easy to tell apart though, because since it's an imageboard and all communications are text based a lot of their issues are mitigated and aren't really obvious issues but if you met them for real you'd easily be able to tell that something ain't right about them.

Just because we have a lot of people who are bitter, bad at sarcasm, rude and have no friends doesn't mean any of them actually sway when they walk or make inappropriate faces in social situations.
