You can't, you need their tortillas that are very different from the ones they sell in shops, I went to Mexico once so I know what I'm talking about.
Other than that the true tacos are like our sandwich but with tortillas instead, they just put some random stuff they have at hand or use the tortilla itself like we use bread at lunch.
