How heavily does 天使の羽根を踏まないでっ delve into Christian mythology? I just finished itsusora and for that, I ended up making myself spend a few hours reading up on stuff about Norse Mythology before I got too far in. I know that this one is supposed to be more accessible, so I doubt it uses it to that great of an extent, but how much would I be missing out if I don't actually read up on anything?

I'm actually kinda new to vns. The only vn I've played was katawa shoujo. Are there any vns I should play first? Quartett

It's pretty entry-level but I'm still enjoying it.

Most VNs are set in Japan and it's a good change of pace I feel. Plus it has a really nice, manga-like format and I like the art style.

Finished kono aozora ni yakusoku wo. Liked it more than I expected, shouldn't have started with Umi because she ended up as my favourite route/girl, she was great, loved her devlopment.
Enjoyed all of it save for Miya/Suzu routes, just didn't like them much and their routes were pretty mediocre. Day of the promise realy got me, especially the ending song and how every girl started crying while singing, from Naoko, which was somewhat unexpected.
Surprisingly, especially for its size, Akane's route was quite good, shame that Wataru never guessed she was the girl he met and she didn't tell him directly. Liked the mood and all, very different from the rest of the game but well done.

I'm deep into chapter 5 right now, and I find it surprisingly nice. Though, that might not be saying anything, considering I was hoping for the best while expecting the worst.
The only problem that I believe to be worth mentioning right now is that it's significantly slower paced than either Force or Dives, though, since most of what I'm going through right now is worldbuilding and character introductions, it might redeem itself on that point in latter chapters or routes, assuming it's an enforced route order.

Finished Tonoko's route in Haruka ni Aogi. A pretty good read apart from that ass pull epilogue. I mean the the plane crashing and "someday we'll be free as long as we keep trying" conclusion was a great finisher and it's stupid how the whole situation was then actually solved by a stroke of luck.

The one at seiya may be a bit more clear. Basically there are two branches, heroine branch, with a route for the 4 heroines based on their flags and a true branch, which leads to the 'true end', unlocked after your first route clear.
This true branch is also split in two main paths, Kodachi end and an additional end for the other four heroines. Both of these branches have new information regarding the main plot, but the other heroines ends are basically the same thing with a different heroine, so just doing your favorite's heroine end2 is recommended.

Can you tell the difference between プロット and シナリオ? I've already seen some writers who's giving both of these things in their work lists in a different manner.
For example, there's a credits of one's writer for one of his games:

Reading thorugh baldr zero, finished chapter four.
Enjoying it quite a lot actually, combat is pretty good, jumping over things feels great for strategy but I wish weapons had more than one level, but I guess that's for story length more than anything. Battle against queen bee was particularly interesting because her bees were annoying bitches.
I quite like that it limits how many plugins you can use, feels more challenging than what Sky did since you could use literally any all the time.
Kou/Rain mechs also look better when you can see them 3D.

I just tried it and unfortunately, the VN works with neither AGTH nor ITH. ITH doesn't pick up any threads, and the game doesn't even launch through AGTH. I guess I'll save Zero for when I can read VNs without the help of text hookers, and read Alternative Chronicles 04 when it's uploaded in 2 months.

Does BSZ get any harder later on? Currently on chapter 4 and nothing so far has posed any kind of challenge. The enemy reinforcements take a VERY long time to spawn and about half the battles I'm just waiting for more mooks to show up or for the mid-battle conversation to finish.

The damage enemies inflict on you is also pretty pathetic and the new battle system basically allows you to just spam one melee move until weapon overheat and moving onto next one. There doesn't seem to be any kind of difficulty slider either...
